Delivery-

WE at Balloons Of Tampa Bay, do not charge a delivery, set up or removal fee of any kind within the delivery area including all of Pinellas, Hillsbourgh north of Alamo Drive/Ybor City out to Branden and North to and including Wesley Chapel.  in Pasco west of st road 41.

Outside this area there is a minimal fuel fee, Contact us for specific fees


Installation-

At time of quote, you will be asked what time the event starts, the time event ends, and what is the installation window both for set up and cleanup/removal when needed. At that time, we will schedule this aspect of the job, this way we are assured to have enough time to completely do your install, and this will appear on the quote


Set Up-

 Depending on your order set up, can take as little as 30 minutes for an arch or a couple columns, and on large banquets and parties it can take hours


Removal-

it is always Free if needed, Depending on the installation.


Helium Balloons-

Floor cascades, Table centerpieces are not picked they are simple popped and thrown away by you (residential events only) corporate events, removal can be arranged at time of installation for the end of event.


Arches and Columns-

Are fore the most part always removed by us. their size sometimes can be difficult for homeowners and corporate clients to get rid of them. At time of installation, you as the client or manager of the event will, be asked on when they need to be removed and a time. Most are picked either that same day depending on event time or the fallowing day if possible. and there is never a charge for this within the above listed service areas
